    You’ll be talking to customers, negotiating rates, solving problems in real time, tracking shipments, building relationships, and learning how to grow a real book of business from the ground up.

  • Days 1–30

    Learn the systems, terminology, freight flow, and day-to-day operations.

    Days 30–60

    Begin prospecting, making calls, quoting freight, and shadowing experienced brokers.

    Days 60–90

    Start building momentum, handling opportunities independently, and developing your own customer relationships.

    Nobody walks in knowing everything.

  • Beyond our entry-level hiring, we’re also interested in speaking directly with experienced logistics professionals looking for more support, more upside, and more room to grow.

    Ideal candidates:

    • 5+ years of logistics/account management experience

    • Existing customer relationships or operational expertise

    • Local to Birmingham or willing to relocate

    • Not under an active non-compete

    • Entrepreneurial mindset
